The meltdowns, the "I'll do it in a minute," the homework wars, most parenting advice tells you to fix the behavior. In this two-hour workshop, we start somewhere deeper: your child's nervous system.

Join Isis Rosso Berríos, M.S.Ed., for a warm, practical session on why kids can't think, remember, or cooperate when their bodies feel overwhelmed, and what actually helps. You'll learn to catch the signals before a storm hits, calm the body first (theirs and yours), and understand what's really breaking down when everyday things fall apart.

You'll leave with real tools you can use that night, and a reminder that staying calm as the grown-up in the room is a skill, not a personality trait. Come as you are.
