Our Story
Established in 2019 in Palm Beach County, Florida, ICbeyond is dedicated to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students of all ages. Our unique educational model in Puerto Rico focuses on supporting diverse learners through positive behavior interventions and executive functioning skills, ensuring that each student has the tools to succeed and excel in their academic journey.
Isis and Carmen are a dynamic leadership duo committed to providing exceptional educational experiences and positively impacting the community. Their teamwork and dedication to excellence inspire others to join their mission of fostering growth and empowerment.
Our Leadership Team
Isis Rosso - Program Director
An innovative educator dedicated to excellence, Isis oversees the development and implementation of our educational programs at ICbeyond Community School. She leads a multi-disciplinary team in creating individualized educational plans for each student and designs curricula that integrate executive functioning skills with academics, arts, and technology, fostering personalized education to nurture every student's unique potential.
As CEO, Carmen drives the strategic direction and operational management of ICbeyond Community School. She sets long-term goals, ensures financial sustainability, and builds strong community partnerships, all while advocating for accessible, high-quality education in Dorado.
